Represents the flow of a business process that occurs in real life. The process modeler used in the GeneXus IDE is the same as the one used in the Business Process Modeler. To model correctly it is necessary to have some knowledge about BPMN, in the GeneXus Wiki there are several articles about it.

A Business Process Diagram object has several sections that may be defined, for example:

  • Diagram: It allows you to draw the business process. To do it, you can drag and drop the objects (such as web panels) or you can use the Toolbox.

  • Relevant Data: It is used to mantain a global area of data in a process, this allows managing the transfer of information between tasks.

As most of the objects, it also has a section for Documentation as well as a Properties Editor, to set up general aspects of the object.
